  Heins Appliance is an A+ operation! They went the extra mile to do everything they could to accommodate our need for a service call on a day that was already booked solid for their service staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the service technician was kind, caring and helpful! The service technician was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and i am happy to report that my freezer is now working again! I highly recommend Heins appliance! We have always been happy with everything we have purchased there and their team has always been amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Hats off to you Heins Appliance and to your whole staff !

  A very very top notch family company that has always been a pleasure for my wife and I to do business with for over 30 years. Their prices are quite quite reasonable, knowledge and service superb, willingness to help quickly and efficiently fantastic, and all of this is accompanied by great personable friendly service. Our latest problem was analyzed, recommendations made, replacement products selected, delivered, & installed in the very same day!! Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!
